Stephanie Van Heyste

In 2004, Stephanie joined the Corporate Finance department of KBC Securities, after obtaining a Master in International Finance Management at the Institut d’Administrations des Entreprises d’Aix-en-Provence. In 2003, she obtained a master in Applied Economic Sciences at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Between 2009-2010, Stephanie worked in the London and New York office. After 11 years in the corporate finance department, Stephanie became head of Equity and Bond Syndicate in April 2016.

Throughout the years Stephanie has built up extensive know how and experience in M&A, Equity Capital Markets (IPOs, rights issues, ABOs and SPOs) and Debt Capital Markets (Benchmarks, High Yield, Convertible Bonds and private placements).

Stephanie has developed a close affinity with the life sciences and real estate sector.
