Bart Delusinne

Bart joined KBC Securities in 2004 and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions throughout and beyond CEE, a.o. the sale of GTS Central Europe, the IPO of VGP, the sale of PTE DOM pension fund, the LBO of Solaris Bus, the public tender on Unipetrol for PKN ORLEN and the acquisition of Warta (2nd largest non-life insurance company in Poland), PeelHunt (investment bank in London) and CSOB.

Before joining KBC Securities, Bart worked as M&A Manager at KBC Holding, where he was involved in outlining and executing KBC’s strategy towards insurance, asset management and securities brokerage. In this capacity, he was responsible for various acquisitions of KBC Group throughout the Central European region.

Bart holds a post Masters degree in Insurance Sciences (magna cum laude) and a Masters degree in Applied Economics (summa cum laude).
