KBC Securities Reaches Financial Close for Dutch ViA15 PPP Project

We're excited to share that our Project Finance Team has reached financial close for the Dutch ViA15 Public Private Partnership Project!

This milestone supports the GelreGroen consortium—including Besix, Dura Vermeer, HOCHTIEF, and John Laing.The ViA15 project, commissioned by Rijkswaterstaat, will help reduce congestion in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region. The scope includes new motorway sections, a 2.5 km bridge, and a sunken road to minimize impact, plus a safe express cycle route. The project is recognized as an environmentally sustainable activity under the EU Taxonomy regulation.
