Uplace Launches Capital Raise for BROEKLIN Brussels with KBC Securities
Strombeek-Bever, 29 May 2026 - Uplace, the developer behind BROEKLIN Brussels, today launches a targeted capital raise for the BROEKLIN Brussels project. In this context, it has mandated KBC Securities to guide them through this transaction.
BROEKLIN Brussels is a project of exceptional scale and ambition: a 12.5-hectare development, more than 150,000 m² of leasable space, and one of Belgium’s most innovative mixed-use destinations. A project of this magnitude requires not only a strong vision, but also a robust, future-proof financial structure capable of sustainably supporting this ambition.
