Jan De Nul refinancing and increase of core syndicated loan facilities

We are pleased to announce the successful refinancing and increase of Jan De Nul Group’s core syndicated loan facilities.

KBC was mandated to coordinate the EUR 650,000,000 facilities and to advise Jan De Nul as Green Loan Coordinator for the set-up of the EUR 400,000,000 Green Term Loan included in the financing. The Green Term Loan was set up in accordance with the LMA Green Loan Principles.

Jan De Nul is a world leader on water, land and energy related engineering projects. Their projects aim at having a positive sustainable impact upon environment and society.
