Energyvision's IPO

We’re proud to announce that EnergyVision has completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Euronext, raising €42.3 million, or €43.3 million assuming full exercise of the Over-allotment Option. This marks a historic moment, being the first IPO on Euronext Brussels since 2021.

KBC Securities is honored to have acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner on this landmark transaction. The proceeds will empower EnergyVision to accelerate its mission of giving everyone a chance to easily access energy through innovative solar and EV charging solutions.
