PMV and GreenPulse achieve financial close

The KBC Securities Project Finance Team has successfully reached yet another significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to finance green assets.

This time, we have achieved the Financial Close of a financing framework for solar developer GreenPulse and investor PMV. GreenPulse has an impressive business model designed to unburden its customers, primarily large industrial companies, by developing, installing, financing, and operating solar panel parks on their sites. This initiative is particularly important considering the PV obligation for large-scale users imposed by the Flemish government.

The need for such solutions is immense, and GreenPulse's ambitious goal is to build around 25 MW of new projects annually. This achievement marks a significant step forward in our mission to support sustainable energy solutions.
